Appliance Repair Manufacturer's Warranty: Your new appliance generally comes with a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. This means the manufacturer will provide service, free of charge, during the first year of ownership for issues directly related to the primary function of the appliance. All warranty repair coverage is determined by the manufacturer. Please refer to your owner’s manual for a full description of what is covered by your specific product warranty.

Appliance Process:

Appliances Cosmetic Warranty: All cosmetic issues are time sensitive with the manufacturer. Please be sure to fully inspect your item within 72 hours of possession. Even if not being installed for months. This will ensure coverage for any imperfections. Refer to your owner's manual for the exact cosmetic policy of your item.

Manufacturer Warranty:
1) Call manufacturer to discuss issues.
2) Receive Service/Repair Authorization from Manufacturer (ARO#)
3) Manufacturer will assign you to an authorized service provider. Most commonly Olum's, but could vary depending on availability.

If Authorization is NOT given, see "Third Party" below

Extended Third Party Warranty:
1) If Manufacturer will not cover service, and you've purchased an extended warranty, please call your Warranty Company to discuss issues for Service/Repair Authorization.
2) Warranty Company will contact Olum's Service with their Authorization.
3) Warranty Company will contact an authorized provider for you. Commonly Olum's but varies dependent upon availability.

Furniture Repair Manufacturer’s Warranty: Your new Furniture generally comes with a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. This ensures your product will be free from Manufacturer Defects for 1 year. If you should need service on your new furniture, we can initiate your claim. The fee is $49.99 (local area). We will inspect the unit, take the required pictures, and submit the damage to the Manufacturer. The Manufacturer will determine if the issue will be covered. If covered, we will come and repair the item at no further cost. If the Manufacturer determines the issue is not a defect, you will have the option to pay for the repair. Please see the Manufacturer’s website for full details on your product warranty.

Furniture Process:

1) Call Olum’s to discuss issues, process claim with manufacturer, and set up appointment (fee assessed).
2) Olum’s will collect any documentation needed to process claim with manufacturer.
3) Olum’s Service will let you know what the manufacturer’s claim determination is, and the next steps.

Extended Third-Party Warranty:

1) If manufacturer will not cover service, and you’ve purchased an extended warranty, please call your Warranty Company to discuss issues for Service/Repair Authorization.
2) Warranty Company will contact Olum’s Service with their Authorization.
3) Olum’s Service will call you to set up an appointment.
