I am handicapped and worked with Michelle. She was very helpful without hovering over me. Listened to what I was looking for, took me and the person with me to the appropriate area, and let us snoop around. When we needed her, she came back. After selecting a recliner, she then took us to the mattress area and did the same. She took the time to write up a quote for me, without pushing a sale. After talking with my son, I called back and ordered. All very smooth and never felt pushed. Delivery was also very smooth and respectful. TY, Olums!

We found exactly what we were looking for, and the staff were all super friendly and responsive. It was a little weird that we had to pick up our purchase over in Johnson City (I imagine most people get delivery and can't fit a whole mattress in their cars ... yay Outback!). But we'll definitely return to Olums for our future furniture needs.

Got helped out towards the end of the night close to close which i know is a pain by Vlad, he was super helpful and got us the washer we needed super quick and was very knowledgeable! Just had it delivered and the delivery guys were early!! Took them a whole ten minutes for the install and they were very pleasant. Overall very happy with our experience, definitely stop in and talk to Vlad if youre looking to buy anything at Olums!
