We bought a new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The salesman, Joe was great! Spent a lot of time with us. Delivery and set up was good and the service department ( especially Michelle) was very helpful with a couple of minor issues we had. It’s nice to shop and deal with a local company as opposed to the big box stores!

Olum's delivered our dining set exactly as ordered. The set arrived earlier than expected and was in perfect shape. The delivery people were very professional and arrived just before the window they had given us and assembled the table quickly and efficiently. I recommend Olum's as a go to place for furniture.

I went to Olums in Vestal to buy a new couch, I was working with Tony Skojec. Let me tell you what not only is he a non pressure salesman but he was knowledgeable in the couch's he is selling. I wasn't looking to invest right away but after speaking with Tony I was confident and comfortable to invest then. I walked in on a Friday night looking for a bed and a chest of drawers for my grandson's room. I was pretty specific about what I was looking for and was assisted by Michelle. She showed me exactly what I was looking for on both counts. 25 minutes later I was walking out the door... delivery is set for Christmas Eve!

Our refrigerator died... and after shopping lowes, home depot, and best buy we came here. Wish it was our first stop. The staff was more knowledgeable and was able to sell us something we could take home that day that wasn't a return or scratch and dent. They answered all our questions and accommodated a later that day pick up.

My refrigerator decided to quite working 2 days before Christmas and we were leaving to go out of town. We went to olums and bought a refrigerator and with there full schedule at Christmas they delivered it to our house before we even returned home! So grateful for them at a busy time! Thank you

Very good deals on appliances. Well trained staff that seem very caring that you purchase correct item. Payment plans available. Parking is ample in well lit parking lot and paved with few potholes. Safe in the evening.

My husband and I have bought several items from Olum's (2 TVs, kitchen table, sofa, bed, and a dresser), and we've never had a bad experience. There was a slight price mishap when we purchased the sofa, but they were quick to fix it and apologized for their mistake. I would recommend shopping at Olum's.
