I bought my LG air conditioner about a month ago and am very pleased with it so far. Its quiet and very efficient. Cools our entire main floor of our house. Its 8000 buts and was designed for a medium sized room so we are impressed. It has a setting that regulates the temperature that we set which is also a great feature. I would highly recommend this air conditioner.

This was a Mothers Day gift and it replaced an LG I had. I love the new one because it has a hudifier humidifier function I live in Florida and humidity is a big problem.

Never cooled the room. Kept lowering temp. Air smelled like plastic burning ?- something wrong with unit- had to return to store. LG is my go to brand for quality but this missed their mark. Also was very noisy.

It doesnt cool the room as expected. I constantly keep reducing the temp to feel comfortable. When on energy saver it cycles for a minute but doesnt cool the room. My old Kenmore 25 yrs. old did a better job.
