Purchased last month and could not be happier. The only downfall is that it did not come with the broiler pan but not a big issue. Just would have been nice if it came with the purchase. I love the app feature that will notify you when the stove has reached its pre-heat temp. I could be elsewhere in the house and know when the oven is ready for me to place the food inside. Im still getting used to using all the features but this is a great range I would highly recommend to family and friends.

I bought my range a month ago. I wish one of the front burners was the low smaller one instead of two large burners in the front. My last oven did not hold the requested heat and so far this one does not either. I tried to adjust it according to the manual directions but it still does not maintain the desired heat I have requested i.e. request 350 but after reaching that temperature it reverts to about 325. This is with either regular or convection heat choices.

Air fry and true convection features on this range are true underperformers. Service requested and was scheduled. Pretty much I am told not to expect great performance of these features. Prior LG convection oven was much better than this model.

The stove does what its supposed to but I have some complaints: 1 the oven has an air-fryer setting but the unit does not come with an air-fryer rack. Really chintzy 2 the storage drawer under the oven is extremely flimsy. It is hard to get it to seat correctly when closing it 3 The center burner and griddle attachment arent too useful -- the burner must be on for 10 minutes to generate enough heat on the griddle. 4 you have to remove the 3 grates to clean the stove which is a bit cumbersome and its tricky cleaning around the gas jets but once you do the stove comes completely clean.

After finally convincing LG to cover the cost to fix the serious safety issue we experienced with our 2-1/2 year old range gas leak the technician who came out to fix it was knowledgeable and good at his job and we got it fixed. We are happy with the result.

Yes buy it Ive never looked forward to cooking. now to want to cook. I use my air fryer daily. The clean up is amazing . Cleans better then I would manually I do a good job at cleaning so smooth.

I didnt know it had this feature until reading the booklet. But its my favorite No need to open up the door to check the food.
I am very happy with the range and the air fryer.
Th only thing I dislike and the reason for 4 stars is the bottom drawer. It is poorly designed and made. Very cheap looking and not a solid piece. It bends and warps. And its extremely hard to pull out and push in. Poor quality in that aspect of the design.

We bought this range July 2022.
Its a great looking range. It worked fantastic for 6 months then we started having problems with it. After finally replacing the heating element and the igniter it works perfectly. Ive used the airfryer several times and its a great feature.

We bought this stove to replace a 40-year-old stove and absolutely love it. Very nice feature where you tap on the glass while the oven is on and the light comes on so you dont have to open the door. The burner flame levels are perfect. Makes cooking or baking a piece of cake.
Very stylish and fits in nicely with the other stainless-steel appliances we have.
Could not be happier that we made the purchase. .

I bought this stove five months ago. I love the oven the best. It heats up fast and cooks great. I love the air fryer and quick clean features the best. The cooktop needs improvement though. My stove came with a fifth oval shapped burner in the middle. Its too small. It needs to be about 4 inches longer to evenly heat up the cast iron griddle it came with. Also and this may seem odd most of the other burners are too powerful. The flame is too large for even a 10 inch pan and it creeps up the side. The super high-heat burner that is supposed to be great to boil water cannot be utilized to its full extent because of the flame creep. Unless you have a 14 inch pan or pot this is unavoidable. The flame creep is so prevelent on three of the larger burners when I use a smaller pot or pan I cant go higher than medium. Last the burner covers are a matte finish instead of glossy. This makes them extremely prone to food stains. Ive already had to order new ones.

I have had my new appliances for over a week. I am a baker and I am impressed with the even baking when baking my cookies. I cooked Easter dinner cooking both a prime rib and a ham. No problems. any spills wiped off the blue enamel inside my oven. So far so good.

The burners are off centered so you cannot leave the middle griddle when using the other burners. Also they black enamel surrounding the burners stain like crazy. The back control area does not have a back light so very very difficult to see. I actuallly had to use a flashlight to see what buttons to press for the oven. Also it involves too many steps to do a simple task. As turning on oven setting the temperature setting the timer ETC. I do like the oven it self but if I could I would return it and buy something else.

I brought this a month ago and I am so happy I did. It chimes when the timer is set to turn off the stove. It has an air fryer. It has conversion bake and roast to cook a turkey. And roasted chicken as well. When you knock twice on it the oven lights come on and off automatically. Great features

This range/oven does everything we need to do in terms of cooking and baking. Has very good useful features and also includes an air fryer component. Only minor problem is the audio for the timer. But overall quality reliability and breadth of features are all very good.

installed about 3 week ago many new features over our old stove air fry is a very nice feature and is used almost daily the burner sizes is really nice and they put out the heat which helps speed up cooking. the oven touch light is a neat feature . Takes a little practice to get use to all the bells and whisles like the timer oven on off but so far we have been impressed with all the helpful features love the air fry.
