I bought this washer for my hotel, and could not be happier with it. The coin operation allows me to set prices for the washing machine and the washer itself is easy to use.

Easy to use for Tenants but build quality is fair

I bought this about a month ago to install in a rental property. I had a previous model which broke after 5 years. It could not be repaired. This new model has a little better features but the build quality appears to be a little lacking. For example, the back panel had screws that look bottomed out and the back metal sheet is bent. For the $800 price tag that I paid for a commercial grade machine, I would expect a little better quality and holding together. I'm not sure how long this one will last, but I hope more than the 5 years the last one did.
