High quality product! I like the warranty and the way the machine actually gets my clothes clean. It does not have all the fancy stuff, which I don't really need. I feel confident that this machine will last me at least 20 years. I would recommend this Speed Queen to anyone. I bought my machine at Levy Furniture and Appliances in Slidell, La. Mr. levy was very helpful in explaining how this machine is a quality machine and how I would get my money's worth.

I purchased the Speed Queen TC5003WN on February 29, 2024. In August, the machine overflowed twice ruining the carpet in my bedroom and the hardwood flooring in my hallway. I contacted customer service for the Warranty Division and was set up with Sears to do the repair. The technician came on on 9/10 to repair the machine. He said that he needed to order parts and scheduled a follow up appointment for 9/13. That appointment was cancelled and I never heard anything else from Sears. After numerous tries to contact Sears, I reached back out to Speed Queen Warranty Support. They kept telling me that they would contact Sears and would be back in touch with me, but no one ever got back in touch with me. This went on for over a week until I finally called back and spoke with another representative. He said that I would receive communication back that afternoon or the following morning. Again I did not hear anything, but a couple of days later, I did receive an email from Sears letting me know that my appointment had been rescheduled for 10/8 and the repair parts were delivered to my home today. I researched washing machines for six months and felt like going with Speed Queen was the best option. I am so disappointed that the machine did not live up to my expectations and cost almost three times as much as other options I was looking at. At the time of purchase, I felt comfortable spending the extra money to get a quality made in america product, but now I will be spending thousands of dollars on new flooring and it took over a month and numerous phone calls and emails to get the warranty work completed. I wanted to love the machine, because it washes clothes extremely quickly and the clothes have been very clean.

I was looking for, after 22 yrs with a Kenmore washing machine , it died ,a machine that had no lock cause I'm always last minute throwing cloths in.And they all lock i found out.
The only thing I don't like is the normal wash cycle,the rinse cycle it only spritzes the cloths not fill and then rinses .So I called and she told me that I should put it on extra fill. And It seams to work better. It washes fast. 25 min . Which saves time and money. I like it's made in the USA and the parts in the USA. A little expensive but I put it on a plan for 12 months with no interest . A win win . I put it on auto pay which it takes out every month automatically, very convenient. They have other models to choose from .

We have had our speed queen for about 10 months. A few weeks ago the unit failed and flooded our home. It would not stop drawing water even after it was shut off, it took shutting off the water valve in the wall to stop it from dumping more water. It flooded almost 300 gallons of water into my house in a half hour timeframe. Speed Queen has sent someone to do a repair, but we will not use the unit without having a water sensor under it to alert us of another leak.

Since setup, my machine has been a blessing. I was using a Samsung before my queen speed purchase. It was nothing but problems. Called a repairman in my area to service the Samsung. Told me it would be a waste of money to fix the Samsung. He recommended the Speed Queen. I'm so glad I took his advice.

I bought a speed queen based on the word of a friend who said they were awesome. I really wanted it after I found out it was made in the USA. It does a wonderful job of getting my clothes, clean, cleaner then they have been in quite a while. My last few top loaders and front loaders just have not lived up to this speed queen.

We have gone through 3 washers in about 7 years..NOT GOOD! I hate the new low water requirements.. I have done wash and had it totally dry in a lot of spots when the cycle was done.. After many searches and failures we finally found a GOOD washer that actually washes the clothes and gets them clean and WET in one cycle..We had few major brands and they were horrible..Finally our daughter and her husband found this Speed Queen for us.. THANK YOU LORD! An answer to our prayers and search..We have had it for about a month and do laundry for 4 adults..The clothes are clean the first time and I love the choice for the deep fill and the pre soak..LOVE this machine..a great success for the entire house..

Washes quickly and easy to manage. Fits my queen size quilt with no trouble at all. We have a family of 4 and no problem managing our laundry with this washer. Most washers made by other companies are now garbage. Whirlpool and Maytag washer are now made to breakdown in 3 years or less due to a redesign of the parts that are now plastic instead of metal. Our last four Whirlpool and Maytag washers all failed within a few years of each other. Our last Maytag washer failed with 5 months. Buy only Speed Queen from now on. The non locking lid is wonderful.

There is a flaw in the draining of this washer. I had to have a repair to remove an adult sized sock out of the fan blade of the drain. And it was not covered under warranty. I was told that the only thing I can do is be careful how I load the machine. REALLY? Or to used laundry bags to wash smaller items like socks and underwear. Besides that, this is the best machine since the old washers of the 70s.

I absolutely did NOT want to drop that much money on a washing machine! But, the new electronic versions we'd be buying kept failing. We've heard of SQ for years but just didn't want to pay the money. That said, we LOVE it so far...its fast and does a great job. We don't 55 settings to wash towels and sheets. We have high hope that this one with be with us for a long time.

I purchased a speed queen washer- TC5003W in October of 2023. I wanted to give a very honest review that's why it took me so long to write it. Almost a year since I bought this washer, and I really like it a lot. It has never gone off balance, the laundry is never twisted and wrinkled, always coming out very clean. My laundry is coming out so much cleaner than with my previous washer. I love the gentle cycle, use it often, and I also like the bulky cycle, works great with sheets and towels. However, I am not overly fond of the "lid close" feature. The washer will not start if lid is not closed, that's OK, but quite often I have to close the lid very firmly before machine will start. It has done that ever since I had it. Gentle closing just does not do it. I would have given a 5 starts if not for the lid. But I still love my washer. Thank you Speed Queen.

After 7 years my Speed Queen literally lost it's mind-bad motherboard. So instead of spending the $700+ for a new one, I decided to put the money toward a new machine. I sacrificed bell's and whistles for a machine with no hateful lid lock. It's louder and has no tub level control but my clothes seem so much freshwr and cleaner. I'm still learning the particulars but love my Speed Queen.

Great machine but too much suds even with very little detergent. Had to allow it to drain in tub as supposed to drain pipe. It kept overflowing! Dries clothes very well … don't need to run dryer very long.
