I™™m writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with Frigidaire™™s customer service and product quality. We moved into our home in September 2024 with all brand-new Frigidaire appliances, installed during a full remodel by the previous owner. Unfortunately, less than a year later, the microwave has stopped working entirely.I first contacted Frigidaire in early May 2025 to report that while the microwave powers on (light and turntable operate), it does not cook food and the control panel is completely unresponsive. Since then, I™™ve had to unplug the unit entirely for safety reasons.Over the past two months, I™™ve called the customer service team numerous times. Each call requires 45 minutes or more on hold before I reach someone, only to be asked the same questions repeatedly, despite already providing detailed information in previous conversations and emails. There appears to be no continuity or documentation. Even after submitting all requested documentation ™" including my closing documents, twice ™" I™™ve received no resolution, just more delays and unreturned emails.Most recently, I was again told to submit my closing documents and wait 5™7 business days for a response. That timeline has come and gone, with no follow-up. I™™ve asked multiple times for this matter to be escalated or prioritized, but my requests have been ignored.To make matters worse, this is not an isolated issue. Our Frigidaire refrigerator also has functional problems.. namely, the ice maker frequently ejects ice across the floor. It™™s disappointing that after less than a year of use, several of these appliances are already malfunctioning.At this point, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the lack of accountability and follow-through from Frigidaires support team. I would never purchase another Frigidaire appliance and will advise others to do the same based on this experience.

I purchased this built in trim kit model #MWTK27FGUF along with all of my appliances from Home Depot for my kitchen remodeling project. When my wife opens the box for rhetorical contractor to install the microwave trim kit for rhetorical finishing touch....there are NO screws! What makes matters even worse neither Home Depot nor any of the numbers we've been calling can tell us the size of the screws because they are in the instructions as "Screw A" and "Sceew B"! To make matters even worse Home Depot has suggested we purchase a new one online and return the old! Frustrated!
