We needed a new refrigerator/freezer for our garage. This unit was on holiday sale and had the most features and room compared to other brands. Fit and finish is OK, can tell that things have changes since we bought the one we replaced 10 years ago. Thinner plastic parts, different feel.

Price was consistent with other refrigerator brands. Could have included another shelf and door bin on refrigerator side so there would be more storage space. Freezer needed three shelves instead of the two with 1™™ of space between them.

It works great except for the stupid door alarm. The only way to keep the alarm from beeping is to slam the door. If you close it easy the lights stay on and the alarm goes off after a minute or so. It's very annoying to have to slam the door every time I open it.

I bought this refrigerator on Sept 27,2024.In the first week, the high temp light came on. I called my own home warranty company ,but they said I had to use the manufacture's warranty. I called Frigidaire & was told a repairman could not come out for a week. When he came out, he said it was a kinked line. The frig worked until Nov.28.Once again the high temp light came on .A repairman came out on Dec.3.He said it needed a part & would take 4-5 days. I called a week later on Dec10 & was told the part had not even left the warehouse. I finally had the part shipped directly to my house. But once again a repairman could not come out for a week (Dec 10). 2 problems in 2 months! Almost 3 weeks without a frig! Nobody even said they were sorry I was having this problem. The warranty service is terrible! I would never buy another Frigidaire product simply because of the terrible warranty service!

I hesitate to give a robust review this early into a purchase, if I need to update later, I hope I can. We purchased our home 2 years ago with a brand new Whirlpool Fridge- very basic, no bells and whistles, and it died a few months ago. The repairman told us that™™s how large appliances are made these days- not to last. So fingers crossed for this fridge that is perfect for us. The filters are easy to change, the shelves are easy to move, and the double French door style maximizes storage space. I appreciate the placement of the settings inside the door- easy to see and adjust temp settings. So far so good™¦ I just hope it™™s with us way longer than 2 years.

Though I'm underwhelmed, this refrigerator does get the job done. My first bad impression was the minimal amount of light in the cold section. Second was the "lightweight" feel, and third was a louder noise than I was used to. My brain has gotten used to the noise, and I should probably change the temperature by going up a couple of degrees as I've had a few refrigerator items freeze. It makes ice proficiently, and drinking water comes to you easily and fast. When I shut the refrig door, it kinda shakes the appliance a wee bit, BUT this appliance has wheels that help you move it to clean, and that's a distinct advantage. I can see why it was voted the best of its price range in 2023.

Had searched for a Frigidaire to replace one that been with us for 30 Yesrs !! Needed certain height because of an obsure cabinet above the frig that builder had placed. Needed White and a price point that fit our budget. We found a winner.. The installers were helpful and helped with water issue. The new brilliant white refrigerator is spacious and holds more because of the shelving and depth of freezer. Don™™t know why we waited so long.

The last refrigerator we had lasted the better part of 20 years, then quickly died within a few days. That's the way I like it. This isn't the same brand (could be made by the same factory, who knows), but it's identical in the Cu. Ft. and basic layout as our old one, so that honestly is mostly what I based my choice on (besides the price, which was great when compared to many others). One big update is the ice maker, which is completely different than the 20-year old one. I like it. So far, the fridge has been great. Here's to another decade or two, hopefully.

My six year old "S" refrigerator was starting to cost me more than I paid for it, every four months it would quit. I asked the repairman which fridge he had the fewest calls on, and he said Frigidaire. And those were fifteen to twenty years old! So, out with the "S", in with the new. It's running fine, making ice and dispensing water with no issues. Guess you can't beat the classics! Just have to get used to the side-by-side configuration!

Piece of junk. Didn't last 5 months before the compressor failed. Called customer service 3 times. No help -redirected to foreigners with script. Lost Thanksgiving dinner and contents. Christmas approaching - no refrigerator, loaner or replacement. Compressor not even listed in parts - to new. Manufactured 5/24. Was told by "Jeff" to get a cooler or use a relative's refrigerator. Am I supposed to drive 5 miles to get a cold drink of water when I wake up in the middle of the night?
