Currently we are hiring for the following positions:

**IMMEDIATE OPENING** Delivery Driver and Delivery Helper (Full Time) - Syracuse / Johnson City

Load and unload truck, and set up merchandise in customers' home or place of business. The Delivery Helper will be required to also fill in with driving as needed. Must present a clean, neat appearance, and have excellent customer service skills. Heavy lifting is required. Must have a clean driver's license.

Appliance Repair Technician (Full Time or Part Time) - Johnson City

Duties and Qualifications:

  • Experience repairing Washers & Dryers, Gas & Electric Stoves, Microwaves, Dishwashers, Refrigerators and other appliances in customer’s home.
    **Will consider training if you have proven mechanical experience in a prior job.**
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Map reading skills


  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

  • Previous appliance repair or mechanical experience.

Customer Care Representative (Full Time) - Johnson City / Vestal

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Acknowledge and engage customers that approach the customer service desk.
  • Handle customer purchase paperwork.
  • Enter sales transactions into the computer system with accuracy.
  • Handle cash, credit card, check, and other financial transactions.
  • Process credit applications, while maintaining confidentiality of customer records.
  • Maintain accuracy of paperwork and cash drawer.
  • Effectively explain financing plans and other terms of sale to the customer.
  • Effectively explain the terms for customer pickup or delivery.
  • Recall customer information (past sales, order status, etc.) from the computer system when necessary.
  • Interact with customers and coworkers in an upbeat, friendly manner.
  • Schedule & confirm customer repair service calls.
  • Coordinate & communicate with repair technicians.
  • Work independently to resolve customer service issues.
  • Adhere to proper warranty and protection guidelines.
  • Serve as liaison between customers and the repair technician.
  • Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required.
  • Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
